I went to Grey Lynn Kebab on my way home after a pretty tough day. I just wanted a snack, so ordered a few felafels. The kind man in the shop also gave me some salads, hummus and garlic yoghurt. The food was superb, but what really impressed me was the kindness and generosity of the man who served me. I will definitely go back to try their kebabs next time.

Turkish word kebap is derived from the Persian word kabāb, meaning roasted meat...

The falafels are the best I’ve ever had! Amir makes them himself, using fresh parsley etc - and you can tell! You can taste the days of work that he puts into them! They have so much flavour - they are really delicious! I will definitely be back.
3 of us went there together, and I had a falafel kebab, someone got the chicken on rice, and someone got a lamb kebab. We were all very happy with our dinner :)

Great experience here - just went in to try the place and I said I was getting a side of chips for my wife. Was kind enough to give my wife some salad, hummus and dips to go with it. Man who works there was very kind - definitely worth a try
